What are the functions of silver contacts

The biggest advantage of silver contacts is that they increase the frequency of use of the conductor, increase the contact effect, and enhance the performance of the conductor.

For switches, generally speaking, the larger the silver contact and the thicker the silver layer, the larger the load appliance of the switch belt, the safer it is, and the longer the switch life.
The oxide layer of the silver contact not only has good conductivity, but also reduces to metallic silver in use, so it can not be repaired.
